About The New Rockingham Private Goth Lounge & Pub Meetup Group

Hello there one and all, it gives me pleasure to welcome all of the members to this great Meetup Gothic Group, when we started this group, we where sort of lost at the seems, but as time passes by we keep on growing witch is fabulous but all of us meaning the members and I have come to the conclusion that ever since we changed and became a private group it has turned out great, but we all agree that it is best to have members that do not mine paying a fee since this fee is used to purchase supply's. Some of the things it pays for is for the drinks, and the food served every Meetup. We use to provide each and every member with a certain amount of duties, there by helping with the expenditures, but that did not work well, since all the members do not make regular attendance. Sometimes one or 2 of the members that ENTER THERE RSVP DO NOT ALWAYS COME, SOME TIMES THEY MARK RSVP YES AND GUESS. AND AS A RESULT THEY DO NOT COME. THIS CREATES A PROBLEM FOR THOSE THAT COME AND BRING THERE PLATER, BUT THE OTHER MEMBERS THAT AGREED TO COME DO NOT SHOW, AND THAT COULD MEAN THAT IF THIS WAS THE MEMBER IN CHARGE OF THE LIQUOR, THEN BY NOT SHOWING UP PUTS THE PRESSURE ON THE MEMBERS THAT DID.So what we have decided to do is to place a fee for all members and thereby giving everyone a Chance to not have to be the only one's with the burden of picking up where the other member left of.
There are some other points I most mention, one is the our group name is different than before. When we started, we use to call ourselves, The Rockingham Gothic Meetup Group? now we have changed the name because the circumstances have changed as well. For all not aware the new name is THE NEW ROCKINGHAM PRIVATE GOTHIC LOUNGE & PUB MEETUP GROUP. THIS IS THE NEW NAME, FOR ALL OF YOU THAT HAVE BEEN SENDING AND REQUESTING QUESTIONS? HERE ARE SOME OF THE ANSWERS THAT YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A LOT OF YOU HAVE BEEN ASKING THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS? AS TO WHY DID WE CHANGE THE NAME ?WHY IT WAS CHANGED? WE HAVE SOME MORE IMPORTANT NEWS FOR WITCH I believe lot OF YOU ALREADY KNOW AND ARE INFORMED ABOUT, AND THAT IS THAT WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN AN ESTATE TO DO WITH AS WE SEE FIT. We have decided to re decorate the whole ESTATE, and decorate it just like a Gothic LOUNGE & PUB in ENGLAND there by making some permanent changes, So far the Meetups have been done in a pretty organized matter but there are still Alot of things to be voted on, as to the decorating of this ESTATE.THERE ARE SOME FABULOUS THINGS THAT WILL BE coming UP AS PART OF THE Gothic Meetups AND THE VAMPIRE Meetup'S OF THE ONE and only. SOME OF THESE FABULOUS THINGS ARE RELATED TO THE Meetups BETWEEN BOTH THE Gothic AND THE SISTER Meetup GROUP OF THE VAKASHASVAMPIRES COVEN, & SOME OF THE THINGS THAT ARE TO TAKE PART OF THE FINISH DECORATIONS AND BENEFITS WILL BE? THAT ALL MEMBERS OF BOTH THE ROCKINGHAM VAKASHASVAMPIRES COVEN AND THE NEW ROCKINGHAM PRIVATE GOTHIC LOUNGE & PUB WILL BE SOME FABULOUS RULES IN PLACE, SUCH AS 1) THAT ALL MEMBERS OF BOTH ADD-JOINING GROUPS WILL HAVE PRIVATE LIMOUSINE RIDES TO AND FROM THE ESTATE. THIS MEANS, THAT THEY WILL GET PICKED UP AS SUN SETS AND TAKEN BACK BEFORE SUN RISES, THIS WAY OUR BROTHER VAMPIRES CAN PLainly enjoy the ability of being able to drink and not be concerned to when and who will take you home after the official Meetups.remember this service will be for both adjoining groups.
