'membership' means simply being there and getting involved. There are no restrictions, no id cards or exclusion and no rigid expectations. We support the Gothic subculture each time we meet because we ARE the Gothic subculture. There's no such thing as two Goths exactly alike and everyone brings his or her own contribution to what Edmonton's Goth scene is.

Attendees are encouraged to bring with them whatever they feel is appropriate towards enriching the experience. Poetry, short fiction, art, personal thoughts and opinions ... Every good little night creature must have something eating at their insides just waiting to burst forth and be exposed to an unsuspecting world..

And of course, the coven is an open one. One need not be Goth to attend. Friends are welcome, as are those who may not be fully enveloped by the culture but are interested or curious.

I facilitate this group but we all shape it. Goths don't need leaders - they lead themselves. Suggestions for events: If you've got a good one, let me know about it (Adam_J_Wolbaum@yahoo.ca). We also have polls for various issues when the need arises. Vote and direct the course.
